Since our products are completely personalized & bespoke, therefore return or exchange of product is strictly forbidden unless the following situations arise:
- Item is defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Product(s) was / were missing
- Product(s) / personalization was not as per order
You can notify us within 24 hours of the product being delivered by sending us an email to email@example.com with your Order details and two images of the product (One of the damaged part and one of the entire product) attached. We will revert within 2-3 days of receiving your return request email.
Upon acceptance of your request, we will arrange for a reverse pick up for the product in question You will need to ensure that the item reaches us safely, intact with all its seals and trappings (boxes, bags, tags, stickers etc.). Please retain a copy of the invoice and send the original invoice with the item. On inspecting the returned item, the return / exchange process will reflect in 4-5 business days depending on the bank.
